Aanand Mehtani is the Principal and Legal

Director of Mehtani Law Offices, P.C. He has

prosecuted hundreds of cases for employees with successful results, including many seven-figure settlements and judgments.

He has also lost some cases. This is because he firmly believes that if he is only winning, he is not pushing hard enough. He has experience in all federal courts and almost all California counties as well as with published appellate matters.

He cut his teeth at powerhouse firms O'Melveny & Myers and Akin Gump, two of best litigation firms in the world serving corporations. There, he practiced with world leaders such as Secretary of State Warren Christopher and Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas, contributing billable work directly to their elite practices.

When Mr. Mehtani was a child, his father lost the ability to work, and that caused his family great financial and emotional hardship that no one else in his family has survived after the traumas they suffered. Thus, he started Mehtani Law Offices, P.C. to protect the livelihoods of regular people with work that is worthy of the memory of his late family. Moral high ground is everything in litigation.

Mr. Mehtani has been a Los Angeles Magazine-recognized "Super Lawyer" in the employment litigation category. He earned his law degree with Hale Moot Court honors from University of South California, and his B.A. from U.C. Berkeley with highest honors. He has given frequent lectures across California regarding employment law and provdied consultation services to national media regarding employment law issues and his own high profile cases.
